DescriptionAs a Market Manager (MM), your role is ultimately charged with increasing the sales of Firestone Walker Brewing Co. (FW) highly awarded beers. This includes direct account responsibility for key on and off-premise accounts, securing new distribution in existing and new accounts, and working closely with the distributor network in the assigned territory to develop all accounts.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Grow on- and off-premise distribution in existing and new accountsManage and develop key accounts; build strong customer and distributor relationshipsExecute promotions, tastings, and special events to drive brand awareness and salesPresent new and limited-release products to accountsCollaborate with distributors on sales, merchandising, and promotional executionMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with distributor partners to maintain stockManage promotional budgets and territory sales goalsParticipate in sales meetings, market blitzes, and ride-alongs with distributor teamsConduct regular account visits, inventory checks, and performance trackingComplete administrative reporting, call notes, and expense reports in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma requiredAssociate or bachelor's degree preferred2 or more years of beverage or consumer packaged goods sales experience preferredStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skillsExcellent time management and problem-solving abilitiesResides in Austin, TexasSignificant local travel (~20,000 miles/year); valid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAvailability for nights, weekends, and occasional overnight travelAbility to lift 35 lb cases and assist with moving kegs (up to 165 lbs) with assistanceWhat Firestone Walker Offers:
