As a Cook, at the commissary kitchen of Fireside Catering, you will be responsible for prepping ingredients for a wide variety of menus for high end weddings in a scratch kitchen. The Position:
The Event Dishwasher at Fireside Catering, is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by cleaning and washing dishes, glasseware, utensils, pots, and pans. The Event Dishwasher ensures that all kitchen equipment is sanitized, stored properly and ready for use by other event staff.
