Firefly Children & Family Alliance is looking for a part-time Home-based Therapist in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this position you will cover Allen county to provide family focused therapeutic interventions to support improved family functioning as a whole and within their community. This position will work with families in the families' homes while providing services. This position is field based and will work out in the community while reporting to the Director of Home Based Services in Fort Wayne.
You Will:Therapy (50-75%)
Provide counseling support to a caseload of individuals, families, and groups working to achieve successful adoption, foster care, or other family preservation servicesGuide clients through clear, beneficial counseling methods to accomplish client-set goalsMaintain the therapeutic standards outlined by professional degrees and licensesTherapy Support (25-50%)

Firefly Children & Family Alliance is looking for a full-time Home-based Case Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will serve Marion county. Case Managers provide services to families in the families' homes on a routine basis to assist them in obtaining their goals. You will need to provide education and support to these families and transportation. You will support your clients by attending court, responding to crisis and stabilizing family functioning. This position is field based and will work out in the community.
You Will:(Family Progress - Monitoring and Coaching (50%)
Coach collaboratively – maintaining a balance between teaching and serving
Visit each youth/family on a routine and 'pop in' schedule
Assist youth/families in achieving their goals
Provide education and support to youth/families
Provide transportation to youth/families
Attend court with clients and render recommendations
Communicate with schools and multiple institutions related to youth/family matters
Respond to all crisis calls and manage those situations
Service Plans / Goal Development (20%)
Create plans, including goals, for each youth/family
Update plans and goals
Develop relationships with agencies in the community
Work with other social welfare agencies
Intake and Needs Assessment (15%)
Determine 'crisis' situations
Visit each youth/family to gather necessary information to complete the assessment

As a Teaching Specialist, you are responsible for teaching sound social, academic, and independent living skills to youth placed in the shelter care facility through the Teaching Family Model in order to promote positive behavior change based on each youth's individualized behavior management plan.
This position is scheduled on second shift, with hours of 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend shift per week.
In addition, part-time staff are required to attend two separate weeks of in-person orientation and training, which take place Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Firefly Children & Family Alliance is seeking an Older Youth Services Peer Navigator to serve east-central Indiana. While this position is home-based, the primary office is in Muncie, IN. The OYS Peer Navigator is responsible for collaborating with internal and external teams to provide additional support to OYS clients. The Peer Navigator will help organize client enrichment activities, onboarding sessions and establish peer to peer relationships with OYS clients. This position works closely with the OYS Administrative team. The schedule for this position is not a traditional work schedule and requires the ability to adapt to a flexible work week.
