    Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Client Services Representative to join our Investment Services team! The Client Services Representative is responsible for providing high level administrative support which includes general office administration, phone support, meeting scheduling, assigned projects and provides service support for all investment related products to the Financial Advisor and Program Manager.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    Handling customer relation issues to assist in both the retention and acquisition of assets under management.Prioritizing client/prospect contacts to maximize sales efforts.Making outbound calls pertaining to warm leads to schedule appointments. This also includes fielding telephone calls, assisting members, and directing visitors.Coordinating all events such as educational and marketing activities to increase awareness of FFCU’s investment services.Updating and ensuring member records/files are accurate and complete in accordance with FINRA and SEC compliance standards.Performing other administrative duties such as handling mail, preparing reports, processing new accounts, and providing support to the tracking of referrals of products and services, etc.


    Basic Qualifications:

    Education: High school diploma or GED.Licenses/Certifications: Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 licenses; Bondable through CUSO Financial Services, LP.Previous administrative assistance preferably within the financial services industry.All candidates must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment in accordance with credit union regulatory requirements.

    Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Human Resources Generalist to work out of our beautiful office in Hendersonville, TN! The Human Resources Generalist manages the employee lifecycle for the Credit Union, serving as the primary point of contact for personnel matters. This role provides high-touch support for benefits, payroll, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring all interactions align with the organization's culture. In addition to core HR functions, the Generalist identifies opportunities to implement process improvements and leverage automation to increase departmental efficiency.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    Providing guidance and education on HR-related inquiries to help employees thrive across the employee lifecycle while ensuring that communication is aligned with the practices established by the Credit Union.Conducting workplace investigations and effectively managing employee relations issues in partnership with management.Managing leave of absences and worker’s compensation claims. This includes educating, communicating, designating leave types based on federal and/or state laws, sending paperwork, obtaining medical reports, and performing other relevant tasks.Collaborating and supporting all efforts in the deployment of HR initiatives and engagement programs that foster a positive work environment.Supporting the creation, development, and implementation of policies and procedures to align with changes in federal/state law and best practices.Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and rules and completing all legal federal/state forms such as nondiscrimination testing, EEO-1, and 5500.Performing other HR tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including acting as the backup for payroll processing and benefits administration while seeking to reduce manual data entry through technology.Identifying and implementing process improvements and automated workflows to streamline leave of absence tracking, worker’s compensation, and general administration.


    Basic Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Certification: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR 3 years of experience with employee relations and conducting workplace investigations.3 years of experience with leave of absence administration.3 years of experience implementing HR policies and procedures based on federal/state law.1 year experience assisting with benefits administration.1 year experience using Excel, Word, Outlook including experience working with advanced formulas such as Vlookup in Excel.

    The Financial Service Consultant II is responsible for establishing new member relationships and interfacing with members to provide a full-service experience.


    Typical responsibilities:

    Recommend financial products and services to meet members’ short and long-term financial needs.Assist members with completing consumer loan applications.Process and manage member accounts and related transactions such as deposits (e.g., savings and checking), investment accounts (e.g., Certificates, IRAs, Trusts), and/or opening new and sub-accounts.Process cash transactions for members, maintain cash drawers, and daily balance of vaults and branch cash.Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting your colleagues and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.Uphold the credit union’s values and brand reputation by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and dedication in all member interactions.


    Basic Qualifications:

    Minimum 2 years experience as a personal banker at a credit union or bank settingProven track record of taking initiative, demonstrating a proactive approach to member interactions, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Experience with consumer loan application and processing.Experience with account opening and teller transactions.A team player mentality, collaborating effectively with colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.Passion for serving the community High School Diploma or GEDAll candidates must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment in accordance with credit union regulatory requirements.
