Competitive Pay 2+ years' experience in retail leadership strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation: Assistant Manager pay range: $17.38 - $20.50 per hour with bonus opportunities in addition to base pay if store KPIs are met. Supervisor pay range: $14.00 - $14.00 per hour. All roles are eligible for the company 401K plan. Full time roles will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off.
