    Status: Safety-Sensitive (all facility roles)

    FINE Airport Parking was built on the FINE Experience-safe, seamless, and first-class service from arrival to return. As a Dispatcher, you directly shape that experience, coordinating shuttle, valet, and curb operations to keep the guest journey smooth, timely, and efficient. You anticipate and resolve operational challenges, manage team flow, and ensure guests receive a seamless experience at every touchpoint.

    Essential Functions
    Monitor radio and GPS systems; communicate concisely and professionally with field teams. Verbally communicate clearly and concisely over radio and in person to direct shuttle coverage, relay ETAs, and issue safety instructions while following professional radio standards, with or without reasonable accommodation. The primary operating language on shift is English. Stage shuttles, direct loops, and balance coverage across zones; adjust shift rotations as operational needs change. Track ETAs, service intervals, incidents, and special requests; escalate disruptions to supervision as needed. Coordinate lobby and curb coverage with CERs and Valets to ensure smooth guest flow. Maintain accurate logs, boards, and screens; keep dispatch workstation, radios, headsets, and displays operational. Use dispatch systems and basic office applications with attention to detail and accuracy. Provide occasional on-the-ground support at the curb, assisting with guest interactions or luggage as required.

    Minimum Qualifications
    Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and situational awareness skills. Clear verbal communication and professional radio etiquette. Systems literacy with dispatch tools and basic office applications. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Dispatching, transportation, or operations control experience.

    Hiring Needs: 3rd Shift (10pm-6am) Note: Successful candidates must be able to safely and effectively perform all required duties during overnight hours. The position requires the ability to remain awake, alert, and capable of completing all duties as required.

As a Shuttle Driver, you are our primary touchpoint with guests, shaping their experience through courteous driving, clear updates, and attentive help with luggage and wayfinding. You keep service on time while creating a calm, welcoming ride.

    Essential Functions
    Operate the shuttle defensively and within all traffic and airport rules. Protect passenger safety during boarding, riding, and exiting; do not exceed capacity or allow standing passengers. Complete pre-trip inspections and required checklists, report mechanical concerns immediately. Communicate concisely with Dispatch over radio; follow rotation and staging instructions and announce key calls/status changes. Verbally communicate clearly with guests and teammates in person and over radio to provide directions, safety instructions, and timing updates while following professional radio standards, with or without reasonable accommodation. The primary operating language on shift is English. Perform timely, courteous pick-ups and drop-offs at designated zones; verify terminal/airline and use required locator/ticket practices. Load and unload luggage safely; offer reminders for personal items before departure. Execute lot, lobby, and terminal rotation per SOP to maintain on-time service; escalate disruptions to supervision. Keep the shuttle clean and guest-ready throughout the shift; complete fueling/cleaning and end-of-shift handoff steps.

    Minimum Qualifications
    Proficient and defensive driving. Strong customer service skills with professional verbal communication. Professional radio etiquette. Wayfinding and basic service recovery skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality.

    Shuttle, transit, or airport operations experience. Hospitality or customer-service experience. Experience assisting guests with luggage handling. Basic mechanical awareness for identifying and reporting vehicle issues.

    Summary

    FINE Airport Parking was built on the FINE Experience-safe, seamless, and first-class service from arrival to return. As a Customer Experience Representative, you are the face of that experience, creating welcoming, efficient, and memorable interactions for every guest. You help guests navigate the lobby, lot, and curb, assist with luggage, and support smooth shuttle operations, ensuring every journey through the facility is seamless and enjoyable.

    Essential Functions
    Greet and welcome guests, provide wayfinding, clear communication, and service recovery across the lobby, lot, and curb. Check in guests with or without reservations; verify information and explain ticketing and scan-out processes. Verbally communicate clearly with guests and teammates in person and over radio to provide directions, explain tickets and scan-out steps, answer questions, and coordinate shuttle timing while following professional radio standards, with or without reasonable accommodation. The primary operating language on shift is English. Answer common questions and provide facility and service information. Coordinate shuttle ETAs and curb flow over radio using professional radio standards, codes, and timely updates to Dispatch. Safely load and unload luggage; maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked lobby and curb areas. Provide operational support as needed, including basic valet assistance during high-volume periods. At locations with a Detail Shop, identify guest needs, introduce service options, and refer or close services according to SOP. Operate company or guest vehicles safely as assigned; follow traffic plans and maintain ticket and key accuracy.

    Minimum Qualifications
