It's about protecting, growing, and maximizing them. In this role, you will: Master the Product: Become a Files.com expert, understanding features, integrations, and use cases at a level that builds credibility with both technical and business stakeholders. Run Strategic Renewals: Lead conversations that reinforce value, uncover evolving needs, and secure long-term partnerships. Drive Expansions: Identify growth opportunities across departments, child sites, and feature adoption, and close expansions that deepen reliance on Files.com. Guard Revenue with Discipline: Protect every dollar of revenue by rightsizing plans, preventing churn, and converting monthly accounts into stable annual or multi-year contracts.
