Description
We are hiring for a Sales Housing Consultant with the potential to move into a Manager Trainee role. You'll be trained directly by our owner and leadership team. This is a high-commission, high-reward role ideal for someone with experience in sales , insurance , real estate , or auto sales —or anyone hungry to learn and succeed.
Responsibilities
* Greet and guide customers through the home-buying process
* Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
* Work with lenders to help buyers secure financing
* Close sales using our proven process
* Attend daily sales training to improve skills
* Maintain a clean, professional showroom environment
* Keep CRM and paperwork organized and up to date
* Familiarity with social media is a plus (posting listings, sharing promotions, or engaging with leads online)
Requirements
* Sales experience preferred (home sales, insurance, auto, or other large-ticket items)
* Strong communication and people skills
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Must be coachable and open to training
* Willing to work Saturdays
* Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English)
* Basic comfort with using a computer, phone, and CRM system
