What You'll Be Doing
As our Operations & Disposition Manager, you'll oversee the entire operations pipeline, ensuring every transaction moves efficiently from contract to closing while maximizing profitability and creating an exceptional customer experience.
This is a leadership position reporting directly to the owners. You will manage our Operations Coordinators, oversee every deal in the pipeline, and help build the systems, processes, and people that will support our next stage of growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Operations Coordinator team, providing coaching, accountability, and supportOversee every transaction from contract through closingReport directly to ownership on pipeline performance, KPIs, bottlenecks, and operational improvementsCoordinate with title companies, attorneys, buyers, agents, lenders, and internal teamsBuild and maintain relationships with our nationwide buyer networkMarket properties and negotiate assignments and dispositionsResolve title, escrow, inspection, financing, and closing issues before they become problemsEnsure every file stays on schedule through proactive communication and follow-upDevelop and improve operational systems and processes as the company scalesWork closely with Acquisitions and leadership to maximize profitability and deliver an exceptional seller experienceWhat We're Looking For
