Responsibilities:

Position Summary
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the integrity, safety, and efficiency of a temperature-controlled LTL warehouse facility. This role ensures all building systems, dock equipment, and material handling systems operate reliably to support time-sensitive freight in a climate-controlled environment.
