Impressive, right? To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!Ready to be part of the experience? Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.Who you'll work withYou will join our Los Angeles office to lead our Fever Originals teams across the West Coast.In this role, you will own the P&L of Fever productions and co-productions in the region, with a strong mission to grow the portfolio of experiences available through the Fever platform.To do so, you will manage and grow a team of Project Managers and event producers, build a strong network of Senior industry, real estate, and local government leaders, and interact and influence a broad range of internal fever stakeholders, from Marketing to Operations.The team you’re about to join (and lead) consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Uber, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, etc.What you'll doAs the Regional Manager for the West Coast, you will create and lead a team to develop, launch and manage events, from A to Z. You will be responsible for the region’s P&L, team management, development of local industry connections, driving real estate deals and representing Fever across all cities you will be managing. Together with other Fever departments, you will define the strategy to grow the business in your region and define the scalability of events to other markets, working hand in hand with other Regional Managers and the company’s leadership.Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with possibility to work from home on Fridays.Some of your responsibilities will include: Define the strategy of the region for its growth by ensuring maximum sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality of our events, to meet quarterly and annual regional goals in all KPIsBuild and manage the team in the region (Project Managers, Producers, Location Scouts, etc) that will be generating growth for the countries within the scopeEnsure individual team members are effective in achieving their quality and revenue goals on a quarterly basis, by auditing their work and performance on a regular basisLead real estate / scouting efforts in your region with the support of internal venue scouts and external brokersManage the local portfolio of experiences based on data analyses, ensuring Fever’s penetration in the local marketDevelop and maintain a very high level of relationship with C-level executives from major entertainment companies, key real estate / property developers, government and local administrationManage big local partners and ensure our local network keeps expandingNegotiate and close business deals with partnersDefine and support the scalability of our experiences in other cities (opportunity for travel)Report performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basisProvide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to local team membersExecute detailed analysis of business opportunities and processesRepresent Fever at local events and during conversations with TV / mediaQualificationsProject management / startup or consulting background (10y+ experience)MBA from top-tier school preferredFluent EnglishStrong analytical and organizational skills with large team management experienceSolution-focused, identifying problems and defining solutions with an entrepreneurial spiritExperience managing complex projectsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with strong skills in creating and developing relationships with C-level executives.Ability to influence/persuade all levels of staff. Able to coordinate and audit all different internal and external teams to guide them to success in all achievements.Extensive networking skills and ability to make partnerships happen. Advanced commercial acumen - ability to understand counterparty, find leverage and negotiate high value deals with favourable terms for FeverCurious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts while being in contact with the top management - very high visibility and exposure both internally and externally.Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streamsPassion for the entertainment industryThis is not a position for an event production backgroundBenefitsAttractive total compensation package (base + bonus included) between 200-250k.Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader40% discount on all Fever events and experiencesHealth, dental and vision insurance 401k pension plan enrollmentPossible travel across our marketsResponsibility from day one and professional and personal growthGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work withOur hiring processA 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit and answer any questions you may haveA 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics, and written understandingA 30 minute conversation with your Hiring Manager to understand in more detail the position/team etc.A 45 min video call with your future manager + another FO manager, including questions about your profile and a business case presentation (to be prepared in advance)On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within a week.Thank you for considering joining Fever. Meet The Team Fever for Business (F4B) is our B2B organization, built around a simple idea: providing live experiences as a service to other businesses. We help businesses, schools and global brands create memorable events without the usual complexity by prividing a reliable, scalable, and high-quality service. From intimate Candlelight Private Concerts or a large-scale multi-city activation, we turn live entertainment into a repeatable business solution that drives employee engagement and brand differentiation. Our team owns the full journey, from initial sales and strategy to global execution, working closely with Fever Originals and Operations to scale B2B experiences smoothly and at a global level. The Role As our Account Development Representative, you'll be the pipeline engine for privatized events and the owner of our group tickets revenue stream. You'll qualify and nurture inbound interest, craft targeted outbound plays, and close group ticket deals while sharpening the sales methodologies that will fuel your growth (and ours). What success looks like in your first year: * 3 months: Ramp up our offering, tools, and messaging. Start closing your first deals for group tickets and hit your pipeline targets. * 6 months: Consistently generate and progress qualified opportunities for private events. Demonstrate improved conversion rates through disciplined follow-up and data-driven iteration. * 12 months: Become a go-to revenue contributor for Fever for Business, with a repeatable playbook and strong internal partnerships that scale results, and become promotion-ready What You'll Do * Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for Fever for Business' privatized events offering. * Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to increase response and conversion rates. * Maintain spotless CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets. * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Fever Originals, and the broader Sales organization to align campaigns, share insights, and maximize impact. * Track and report on key KPIs (SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates, closed-won revenue) and iterate based on data. * Act as an ambassador of Fever's mission to democratize culture and entertainment for corporate audiences. Who You Are * Bachelor's degree or higher education from a top university or business school * Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS, media, or events company, is strongly preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills * Proven track record of achieving sales targets * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * An entrepreneurial can-do attitude * A self-starter and comfortable in ambiguity - working through things for the first time * Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions * Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials * Fluency in English + Spanish.
