Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Are you an experienced CDL driver looking to come off the road and enjoy a stable, local schedule? We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing commercial truck repair service center.
This is an office-based position ideal for a professional driver who understands the trucking industry and wants to stay close to home while continuing to support customers and drivers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate repair appointments and communicate service updates.Prepare work orders and maintain accurate records.Work closely with technicians and parts personnel to ensure timely repairs.Provide outstanding customer service and help keep fleet customers informed.Qualifications:
Valid CDL license required.Previous commercial driving experience preferred.Strong communication and customer service skills.Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and fleet operations is a plus.Professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:
