What You'll DoAssist veterinarians with appointments, diagnostics, and treatmentsSafely restrain pets while providing compassionate patient careObtain patient histories and accurately document medical recordsPrepare exam rooms and surgical suitesCollect laboratory samples and perform in-house diagnostic testingAdminister medications and treatments as directedMonitor hospitalized patients and communicate changes to the medical teamEducate clients on medications, preventative care, and discharge instructions Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hospitalDeliver an exceptional client experience with every interaction
What We're Looking ForVeterinary Assistant Previous experience in a veterinary hospital preferred Passion for animal care and client service Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Veterinary Technician Credentialed (LVT, RVT, CVT) preferred but experienced non-credentialed technicians are encouraged to apply Proficiency with patient care, anesthesia monitoring, laboratory procedures, radiology, and surgical assistance preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Commitment to delivering high-quality medicine and exceptional client care
