Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral support plans for children with diverse needs. Supervise and mentor Behavior Specialists, ensuring best practices and professional growth. Collaborate closely with families, schools, and community agencies to coordinate care. Ensure compliance with all safety, licensing, and program standards. Provide training and support in behavioral interventions and trauma-informed practices. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with agency and funding requirements. Required Skills Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in behavior intervention programs, with supervision responsibilities. Knowledge of Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), Trauma-Informed Care, and ABA strategies. Certification as BCaBA or BCBA is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new software systems. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Nice-to-Have Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese. Experience in residential care settings or with specialized populations.     Our healthcare client in Anderson, SC is looking for a CT Technologist for a 36 hour Permanent fulltime position. This shift is 7am-7pm (rotating weekends). Job Title: CT Technologist III Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) procedures on patients of all ages, following established protocols and ensuring optimal image quality for accurate physician interpretation. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, strong technical skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Review patient medical records to assess clinical history and relevant data prior to imaging. Perform CT procedures using standardized protocols and adjust techniques as necessary to ensure high-quality diagnostic images. Apply knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, pathology, and physiology to optimize imaging results. Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures, addressing both physical and emotional needs. Select and apply appropriate imaging parameters and technical factors. Assess image quality and prepare studies for radiologist interpretation. Adhere to infection control standards, including aseptic technique and universal precautions. Operate and maintain CT equipment, recognizing and troubleshooting malfunctions, and coordinating service needs as appropriate. Physical Demands: Requires heavy physical exertion , including frequent standing, walking, lifting, and patient assistance. Qualifications: Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification. Valid SCRQSA (State Certification of Radiologic Quality Standards) license.
