    As the Retail Office Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Farmers Insurance retail store in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. This includes managing a team, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring that excellent customer service is consistently provided. This role is full-time and on-site, with a direct impact on the operational efficiency and customer experience within the agency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Overseeing Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the retail store, including managing office workflows, client interactions, and team productivity.Team Management: Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring that each member is well-trained, motivated, and working efficiently to meet goals.Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for the retail office, ensuring profitability while maintaining high levels of customer service.Customer Service Excellence: Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring that clients are always receiving exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.Problem Solving: Identify and address any operational challenges, ensuring that solutions are implemented to improve efficiency.Staff Training & Development: Ensure the team is well-trained in Farmers Insurance products, systems, and customer service practices.

    Qualifications:

    Retail Operations & Management Skills: Solid experience in managing the operations of a retail environment, with a focus on efficiency, budget management, and customer service.Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team, setting clear expectations and fostering collaboration.Budgeting Skills: Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, track financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies.Customer Service: A strong commitment to customer service, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions that ensure client satisfaction.Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent at organizing tasks and solving problems in a fast-paced retail setting.Leadership & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work with people, build relationships, and lead by example.Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in retail management or a related field is required.Insurance Industry Experience (Bonus): Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
