    Family Law Associate Attorney (3–5 Years Experience)

    About the Role

    Fanash Family Law is seeking a motivated Family Law Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person appearances for hearings, mediations, and firm meetings.

    We're looking for an attorney who leads with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving clients. The ideal candidate is confident in managing an independent caseload while recognizing when collaboration or guidance is beneficial. They are a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work.

    Family law requires more than legal knowledge—it requires empathy, sound judgment, and the ability to guide clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and understands the trust our clients place in us.

    Responsibilities

    Manage a family law caseload from intake through final resolution.Develop case strategy and advise clients throughout litigation.Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.Negotiate settlements while advocating effectively in contested matters.Maintain proactive, professional communication with clients.Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to move cases forward efficiently.Manage deadlines and ensure timely case progression.Conduct legal research and stay current on developments in Florida family law.

    Qualifications

    Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.3–5 years of family law experience.Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.Experience handling hearings, mediations, and contested matters.Strong legal writing, drafting, and advocacy skills.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Sound judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary: $85,000–$110,000 (commensurate with experience)Performance-based bonus opportunitiesPaid Time OffFlorida Bar dues paidCLE reimbursementOpportunities for advancement as the firm continues to grow
