FamilyLife Services LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our residential support team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). We provide support services for individuals who need assistance with daily living in a safe, respectful, and structured environment.
As a DSP, you will assist residents with daily routines, supervision, medication support, documentation, and overall quality of life. Day Shift DSPs work under the supervision of the Day Facilitator and play an important role in maintaining consistency, structure, and support for residents throughout the day.

Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities and routinesProvide supervision and ensure resident safety throughout the shiftSupport residents with meals, hygiene reminders, household tasks, and community outingsAdminister or assist with medications as assigned and accurately complete MAR documentationMonitor and document blood pressure readings, blood sugar readings, behaviors, incidents, and other required informationMaintain accurate shift documentation and communicate updates to supervisors and the Day FacilitatorAssist in maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable home environmentTransport residents as needed using company-approved proceduresParticipate in community outings, activities, appointments, and occasional resident trips or vacations as assignedRespond appropriately during emergencies or behavioral situationsWork cooperatively with coworkers, supervisors, families, and outside professionalsShift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PMQualifications
Valid driver’s license requiredHigh school diploma or GED preferredExperience in healthcare, group homes, residential care, or human services preferredMedication aide, CPR, First Aid, and DSP certifications are welcome but not requiredAbility to remain calm and professional in stressful situationsReliable transportation and dependable attendance requiredMust be able to lift more than 20 pounds and navigate stairs regularlyBenefits

This is a fully awake overnight position responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of residents throughout the night while maintaining accurate documentation and responding appropriately to resident needs or emergencies.
The ideal candidate is observant, responsible, professional, and able to work independently during overnight hours.
