    JOB SUMMARY: We are currently seeking a board-certified FAMILY PRACTICE PHYSICIAN (MD or DO) to join our thriving outpatient clinic in Austin and Leander, Texas. Our practice blends preventive care, diagnostic services, chronic disease management, and an open-minded approach to Natural, Integrative, and Functional Medicine.

    If you love delivering personalized, patient-centered care without the stress of hospital shifts or night/weekend calls, this is the perfect fit!

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    Provide high-quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services. Make diagnoses, analyze test data, and determine the necessity for follow-up appointments and additional treatment options. Order and interpret results of laboratory tests. Develop treatment plans that may involve relevant therapies. Monitor patients to assess the effectiveness of recommended treatments. Serve as a resource for patients seeking ongoing care information, support, and guidance. Offer patient education to encourage habits that prevent diseases and promote overall well-being. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Supervising Physician who oversees, evaluates, educates, and supports the work of our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to ensure the delivery of appropriate treatment in accordance with state regulations and company principles.

    WHO YOU ARE:

    Family Practice or Internal Medicine experience. Active and Unrestricted MD or DO license. Eligibility as a Provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Active NPI Report and DEA License are mandatory. Physician must meet all requirements for professional malpractice and liability coverage. A plus: Knowledge of integrative medicine practices and willingness to incorporate holistic approaches into patient care.
