Family First Homecare is seeking a confident, experienced nurse to provide skilled 1:1 in-home care for an adult client with 24/7 nursing support.
This case is best suited for a nurse who is self-sufficient, dependable, and comfortable providing care independently in the home setting. An RN is preferred, and the family is looking for someone who feels confident with all aspects of care before entering the home.
Schedule:
Every-Other-Week Rotation
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday — 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday — 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
PRN coverage is also available for shift support as needed.

Weekend coverage needed for a higher-acuity case. Clinical needs include G-tube, trach, and vent support.
Port Orange
Weekday and weekend day shifts available, as well as night shifts on select cases. Clinical needs may include BiPAP/vent support, G-tube, trach, vent care, and mobility assistance.
Flagler Beach
Weekend and weekday day shifts available, plus PRN night coverage. Clinical needs include G-tube care, oxygen support, seizure precautions, mobility assistance, and comfort-focused care. Must be comfortable with dogs.
DeLeon Springs
PRN Saturday day shift available. Clinical needs include diabetic care and support for a nonverbal client with autism. Must be comfortable with transportation needs, dogs, and cats in the home.
Deland
Day shifts available for infant sibling cases. Clinical needs include G-tube care and medication administration. Opportunity for one nurse to support both cases when appropriate.
Orange City / Daytona Beach Area
Afternoon/evening weekday shifts and Saturday day shifts available. Clinical needs include seizure precautions and mobility support. Must be comfortable with dogs.
