In this position, you will work collaboratively with both suppliers and internal teams to uphold high-quality standards, address problems, and promote ongoing improvements within the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct supplier visits and perform quality and capacity audits using OEE, saturation, lead time (LT), and on‑time delivery (OTD).Support supplier qualification and assess technical capabilities and readiness.Manage non‑conformities and lead corrective and preventive action processes.Drive continuous improvement through RCA, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other methodologies.Ensure compliance with APQP, FAI, CQC, and customer/regulatory requirements.Monitor supplier performance metrics and develop improvement plans.Conduct audits aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100.Maintain accurate documentation and report performance updates.What You Bring:
