    Responsible for the overall leadership, direction, coordination, planning, implementation, and execution of project plans. This includes monitoring, controlling, and closing out specific projects to ensure alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Oversees the people, tools, and processes used to plan, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

    Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned):
    Lead the full lifecycle of design/build/install projects, from bid and proposal through planning, engineering, production, assembly, testing, installation, commissioning, and closeout.Serve as the primary customer interface, maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project.Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, critical expenditures/long-lead items, stakeholder engagement, communication, resource allocation, quality, health/safety/environment, change control, lessons learned, earned value reporting, and project closeout.Communicate project plans and provide direction on resource assignments and allocations to team members.Collaborate with key stakeholders-including project team leaders, internal leadership, and customers-to establish and communicate priorities that support project goals within approved budget and schedule constraints.Manage project execution and scope change control, including identifying and mitigating scope creep, resolving issues, and managing risks. Champion the conversion of changes into additional project profitability.Coordinate with the Project Scheduler and Cost Analyst to update the Estimate to Complete (ETC) on a weekly basis.Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership, including progress reports, issue identification, corrective actions, and budget/schedule variance analysis.
    Note: The above duties are not exhaustive. Flexibility is a key requirement in operations.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    May directly supervise the Project Engineer and other assigned project staff.Indirectly supervises the broader project team, including Assistant Project Managers, Production Coordinators, Engineers, Designers, Technicians, and Administrative Support.
    Reporting Relationship:
    Reports directly to the Program Manager.
    Job Qualifications and Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.Minimum of five years of experience in project management or leading large teams.Strong knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.Proficiency in project management processes, techniques, and tools.Demonstrated experience in:Project managementPeople managementStrategic planningRisk managementChange managementLogic scheduling

    Falcon's is in search of an Desktop Support Technician. This full-time role is responsible for assisting our technology team with daily tasks which include provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software.

    The Desktop Support Technician is an entry level position which will assist in supporting all technical operations of our studio. Day-to-day tasks include basic help desk support via a ticketing system supporting 70+ users, quickly and effectively responding to alerts and emergencies as well as the general preparation and maintenance of critical and periphery infrastructure. The applicant will also be expected to continually learn and grow with the team.

    Essential Functions:
    Provide front line hardware and software desktop support to artists and production staff.Installing, configuring, testing computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and drivers.Setup and configure workstations for new employees, relocate and configure workstations.Test and troubleshoot workstation performance issues.Contribute to technical wiki for documentation and updating the inventory database.Patching and cable management.Escalate issues and problems to senior systems staff.Provision and maintain employee equipment.
    Job Qualifications and Requirements:
    Experience or certification in Windows/Mac/Linux platforms.Experience working with networking, switches, and routing technologies. Networking theory and practice (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, link aggregation, routing), common network services/protocols (e.g., DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SMB, NFS)Common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office/Excel, E-mail Clients)Firm understanding of Office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize tasks.Clean work ethic, strong cable management skills, strong attention to detail.Experience working in animation or post-production is desirable.Experience in the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of relevant software packages including Maya, Adobe Suite, and other industry-specific software is desirable.Ability to lift at least 40lbs.     The Quality Assurance Manager recommends and establishes Corporate and departmental Quality Policies and systems to assist in sustained business growth. Success in this function requires communication and coordination with other departments at the management and worker level.

    This function requires clearly communicated and coordinated team management efforts involving all activities within the Quality Department and its interaction with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and the Government Operations Department.

    Essential Functions:
    Preparation of annual departmental direct and indirect budget plus capital expenditures for the upcoming year.Identify departmental and personal goals, obtain supervisor agreement, and successfully perform.Manage Quality Department including personnel supervision, inspection and test activities, control interface with customers, vendors, and other Falcon's Attractions personnel as necessary.Establish project Quality activities including verification points in concert with Project Managers.Administer ISO 9001 Quality System.Perform internal quality audits.Manage quality of vendor product and services.Ensure conformance to customer requirements.
    Supervisory Responsibilities:
