    The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer supports new product introduction (NPI) by designing and implementing manufacturing tooling, specifying and installing production equipment, and developing fabrication and weld processes. This role works hands on with the shop floor to ensure new products are launched safely, on time, and at target cost and quality.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Education: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

    Experience: 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering or related hands-on manufacturing experience. Involvement in tooling/fixturing design or fab and weld is a plus.

    Travel: Up to 25%

    Work Schedule: This is a hybrid work schedule. Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    New Product Tooling & Process Development

    Faith Technologies Inc. (FTI) is currently seeking a Principal Power Electronics Engineer to join our Product Engineering team in Menasha, WI.

    As a Principal Power Electronics Engineer within our R&D organization, you will lead efforts to define processes and strategies for the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge systems and technologies for power electronics components for use in microgrids, EV charging, oil and gas, and data center applications. Your responsibilities will include shaping technological roadmaps, developing & evaluating power electronic components, and providing technical leadership to support both R&D projects, product development and manufacturing processes.
