    ROLE SUMMARY

    The Program & Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, marketing, and event support to FACE’s programs and outreach initiatives. This role will assist in program coordination, marketing campaigns, content creation, and event planning, ensuring effective engagement with stakeholders and the broader community. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, marketing experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. This job requires working on Saturdays/weekends. 


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Program Support & Coordination

    Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking programs and initiatives in alignment with FACE’s mission.Provide administrative support for program activities, including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination.Communicate with partners, volunteers, and participants to ensure successful program execution.Assist in data collection, reporting, and evaluation of program impact.Marketing & Communications

    Develop and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).Assist in designing flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.Update and maintain the organization's website and email marketing campaigns.Track and analyze social media engagement metrics to improve outreach.Ensure brand consistency in all digital and print materials.Event Planning & Outreach

    Support the planning and execution of community events, workshops, and fundraising initiatives.Assist in securing sponsorships, partnerships, and vendor relationships for events.Coordinate logistics, materials, and communications for in-person and virtual events.Represent FACE at community meetings, outreach events, and networking engagements.Administrative & General Support

    Maintain and organize digital and physical records related to programs and marketing initiatives.Respond to inquiries from community members, partners, and media contacts.Assist with grant reporting and data tracking for funding requirements.Provide general administrative support to the FACE team as needed.
    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education & Experience:

    Associate or Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Business, or a related field preferred.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, marketing, or nonprofit administration.Required Skills:

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. SharePoint, Teams, Tasks by Planner, Excel) and able to learn software and tools quickly.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:

    Bilingual in English and Korean and/or Spanish.Experience with email marketing tools (Canva, Constant Contact, etc.).Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics.Experience with video editing. Previous experience working in nonprofit or community-based organizations.Additional Compliance Statements:

    ROLE SUMMARY

    The Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficiency of organizational operations while driving resource development efforts. This position integrates operational management, strategic fundraising, program oversight, and team leadership to support the sustainability and growth of FACEs mission. The role requires strong grant-writing experience, operational oversight, and program management skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Operations & Program Management

    Oversee and manage day-to-day organizational operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.Implement Microsoft 365 tools and internal databases to optimize productivity and workflow.Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.Ensure programs are delivered effectively and within budget, with clear objectives and performance tracking.Identify areas for improvement in workflow, compliance, and reporting.Funding & Resource Development

    Lead grant writing and fundraising efforts, securing funding from government, private, and corporate sources.Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans including sponsorships, donations, and grant acquisition.Lead the creation and execution of long-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.Monitor cash flow, profit and loss, and overall financial performance against budgets and forecasts.Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and guidance on financial matters.Maintain compliance with federal and grant-specific requirements, ensuring timely reporting.Build and sustain relationships with donors, grantors, and funding agencies.Oversee donor engagement strategies and maintain fundraising records.Leadership & Organizational Growth

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business, Social Work, or related fields.Minimum three years of experience in nonprofit operations, grant management, or fundraising.Required Skills:
