Compensation & PerksPart-Time Evening Position
20 hours/week 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Pay: $19.50 - $21.10/hour
$1.25/hour weekend differential
$1.00/hour evening shift differential

What You'll Do as Security MaintenanceBe a visible, trusted presence on campus while supporting both security and light maintenance needs.
Security & SafetyConduct interior and exterior campus rounds
Secure buildings (doors, windows, entrances)
Monitor alarms and respond to emergencies
Address suspicious activity appropriately
Escort team members, visitors, and emergency personnel
Assist with fire drills and weather alerts
Help maintain a calm, safe environment
Maintenance & OperationsRespond to evening maintenance calls
Perform light maintenance and equipment checks
Complete weekend sanitation tasks
Assist with snow/ice removal and moving needs
Support resident transfers as needed
Communication & DocumentationMaintain accurate logs and reports
Communicate security or emergency concerns to supervisors
Protect confidential information (HIPAA compliant)
Valid driver's license
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Strong observation and decision-making skills
Calm, professional response in urgent situations
A heart for serving older adults with compassion and respect
