    WHO YOU ARE
    You are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Because you interact daily with residents, you take pride in creating a positive experience while maintaining the quality and safety of the community.

    You enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being a part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in their work.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
    Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
    Perform general repair and maintenance services
    Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property
    Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests
    Help optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets

    WHAT YOU NEED
    At least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience
    Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs
    Strong customer service and communication skills
    Possession of - or ability to acquire - commonly used tools, such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives
    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments
    Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance

    Help optimize the community's performance by supporting occupancy, retention and financial goals

    WHAT YOU NEED
    At least one (1) year of property management experience
    Affordable housing experience with RD is required. HUD and LIHTC experience(s) are a plus.
    Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
    Ability to successfully multitask, solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
    Basic knowledge of leasing, resident relations and community operations
    Proficiency with computers, mobile devices and property management software (such as Yardi or RealPage)
    Sales and marketing skills, a plus
    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
