Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to assist clients in finding homes that match their needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will excel in securing contracts and guiding clients through the sales transaction and closing procedures. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can build strong relationships, develop Realtor contact programs to facilitate sales, and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
In this position, you will monitor model and inventory homes, actively participate in weekly and monthly meetings to drive continuous improvement, and maintain high company standards. Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively identify and pursue potential homebuyers through activities that include attending community events and networking with local businesses.Work with prospective purchasers (including walk-ins, phone leads, internet leads, and all other types of prospects) to conduct sales presentations.Ensure the readiness of all model homes for buyer walk-throughs and open houses at the start and end of each workday.Take prospective purchasers on tours of the development and the surrounding area to explain the amenities, features, and facilities available in and near the community.Show homes (both newly constructed homes and homes under construction) and/or lots available for sale, pointing out unique architectural and design features.Stay informed about local market trends, competitor offerings, and community developments to position the homes as the best choice.Market your community to realtors, prospects, and area businesses using multiple methods.Organize open houses, community tours, or informational seminars to attract potential buyers and showcase the development.Build alliances with real estate agents, lenders, and title companies to generate referrals and streamline the buying process.Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and analyze sales performance.Obtain information regarding new and existing home inventories within the sales market.Identify strategic differences between competitors and perform periodic competition studies on competitive builders nearby and visit competitors homes to learn their pricing, incentives, and features.Complete earnest money contracts, enhancement change orders, selections, amendments, notices, and other contract-related documents on behalf of the Company.Coordinate meetings with customers and Construction personnel at building sites and inventory homes to discuss customer concerns and questions.Investigate backlogs, delays in construction or financing, and promptly address all purchasers concerns.Facilitate communication between the mortgage company, title company, and purchasers.Monitor the loan approval process with the mortgage company and purchasers; follow up with the mortgage company until the loan is approved.Coordinate and schedule closings with the construction team, purchasers, title company, mortgage company, General Office, and Sales Manager.Participate in weekly meetings to discuss construction progress on the inventory of homes and their closings with the Construction Manager.Requirements and Qualifications
A proven and documented track record of sales success.Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and professionally with realtors and prospective buyers, both verbally and in writing.Excellent sales, customer service, and relational skills are required.Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations.Able to manage multiple projects by multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets, timelines, and schedules.Positive attitude, self-motivation, drive, and determination.Current, valid Drivers License, acceptable driving record, and a vehicle for business use that complies with Faircroft sales policies.Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in Sales, Realty, or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.No Real Estate License is required.Faircroft Homes

The ideal candidate will support day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring our properties are kept in excellent condition. Basic knowledge of dry-wall repair, carpentry, painting, electrical systems, landscaping, and irrigation systems is needed to perform daily job tasks inside and outside.
