Job Description
FaceTec is seeking to hire a passionate, experienced individual with experience managing Software Engineering projects. You will combine your expert project management skills with your passion for delivering software to help FaceTec continue to deliver its products to billions of users. You will plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure projects meet deadlines. You will work with a multi-discliplinary team and a wide range of client-side, server-side, internal tool-related, AI related, UX related, and security related software.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.3+ years experience in program management within software engineering organizations.
2+ years experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
Self-starter able to track complex and/or large volume of details (technical and project related), manage and coordinate with multiple teams across multiple sitesPrior experience with Agile software development methodologies, project management software, and bug tracking software.
Must be fantastic and skilled using a computer.
Must be a proficient in a variety of software-related areas, including C++, Java, Android, iOS, Web Programming, Server-side programming, HTML/CSS/JS/TS, debugging and testing software, AI, cybersecurity, encryption, Git, command line, scripting.
Excellent problem solving skills & clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using Cloud Providers like AWS, Azure, Google, etc.
Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision is ideal, but not required.
Comfortable scheduling and leading remote and in person meetings, with both internal team members and external clients.Pay Range
$7,000-$9,000/month DOE + equity

Job Description
FaceTec is seeking to hire Software Engineers with broad and deep skillsets to join our San Diego R&D Team! You will be developing, maintaining, and scaling FaceTec's Products and Tools.
Qualifications
Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
3+ years of Android, iOS, C++, Web, or other relevant software engineering experience.
3+ years of experience development on projects that use Java, C++, or other typed programming language.
Must be proficient with debugging and testing software.
Expertise with Git, branching strategies, merging, Pull Requests etc.
Proficient with the command line and scripting.
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using Cloud Providers like AWS, Azure, Google, etc.
Excellent skills with MacOS, iOS, Xcode, Android, Android Studio, Visual Studio Code, Typescript.
