Who We Are
Our F45 Training Midtown Phoenix family is looking to grow our team with a driven, optimistic and community-focused Sales Associate. This role is responsible for supporting our membership growth, inclusive of lead follow-up, trial conversion, member experience and some support of day-to-day studio operations.
This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment, is motivated by goals and believes deeply in the power of health and fitness. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, executing routine tasks consistently and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
This is a part-time role with required evening and weekend availability.
Role Overview:
The Sales Associate works closely with Studio Ownership and the coaching team to:
Drive membership growth through lead follow-up, trial conversion, referrals and grass roots marketing effortsCreate a welcoming, high-energy experience for prospective and current membersSupport daily studio operations, cleanliness and front desk processesRepresent the F45 Training Midtown Phoenix brand with professionalism, positivity and prideExecute recurring tasks independently while identifying opportunities to improve the member and prospect experienceThis role is a great fit for someone who wants to grow within a boutique fitness environment and contribute directly to the studio’s sales, service, and community-building efforts. The ideal candidate is excited about expanding their leadership, responsibility and impact within the studio.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales + Membership Growth
Consistently support monthly sales and membership growth goalsManage lead follow-up through phone, text, email and in-person conversationsConduct engaging consultations with trialers and prospective membersHelp prospective members understand F45, our training style, membership options and the value of joining the studioSupport trial member conversion through timely follow-up, relationship-building and membership presentationsAssist with referral campaigns, reactivation outreach, local marketing initiatives and community partnershipsMaintain organized lead tracking, follow-up tasks and sales pipeline activity within studio systemsTake initiative to identify opportunities to increase trial bookings, improve show rates and support membership conversionMember Experience + Community Building
Deliver exceptional customer service to every prospect, trialer, and memberCreate a welcoming and energetic front-of-house experience before, during and after classesBuild strong relationships with members and help foster a positive studio communitySupport new member onboarding and engagement to improve retentionAssist with member check-ins, account questions, payment questions and customer care follow-upsEnsure every person who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and valuedQualifications:
Must have consistent evening and weekend availability, some flexibility may be required for studio events, community outreach, team meetings, or special promotions1+ year of sales experience preferred; fitness or boutique fitness experience is a plusComfortable with consultative sales, lead follow-up and goal-driven performanceStrong customer service skills with a confident, positive and approachable personalityHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable learning and using studio software and communication tools, including MindBody, Loyalsnap, Google Suite and related platformsAble to work independently, execute routine tasks with minimal oversight and take initiative where appropriatePassionate about health, wellness, fitness, and helping others succeedStrong written and verbal communication skillsCPR/AED certified or willing to obtain preferredBenefits:
