Key Responsibilities: Perform independent pre-testing, including visual acuity, auto-refraction, tonometry, retinal imaging, OCT, visual fields, and more Accurately document patient information and exam findings within the EHR system Provide optical sales support, including frame styling, lens recommendations, eyewear dispensing, and patient education Schedule patient appointments, manage clinic flow, and verify vision insurance benefits Deliver outstanding customer service and assist with patient intake, check-in, and clinic operations Maintain exam rooms, diagnostic equipment, and clinical supplies The Perks: Competitive pay (pay range starting from $20 per hour, depending on experience) Full-time schedule: MondayFriday, 8:40am5:00pm, with occasional Saturdays Paid time off, robust healthcare and dental benefits, 401K Employee discounts on eyewear and eye care services A culture of mentorship and professional growth What They Are Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail optometry office Strong optometric pre-testing skills and comfort working independently Experience with optical sales, eyewear dispensing, and EHR documentation Familiarity with vision insurance verification Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Experience with contact lens training/education Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus About Eyetastic Services: Eyetastic Services partners exclusively with employers who provide equal opportunities across all healthcare fields.
