Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist (Midland, TX)
Specialized Recruiting Group is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist for a full-time, long-term opportunity in Midland, TX. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and experience handling financial transactions, invoices, and accounting systems.
Pay: $20 – $25/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactionsManage open invoices and payment trackingReview and reconcile financial recordsMaintain accurate documentation and financial reportsWork with ticketing systems and accounting recordsUtilize QuickBooks for daily accounting tasksQualifications:
Minimum 3 years of AP/AR experienceExperience managing open invoices and financial transactionsProficiency in QuickBooksStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesQualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
