    Position Details-

    What You'll Be Doing-

    Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer serviceTake customer delivery requests and coordinate schedulingCommunicate delivery updates and scheduling information with customersProvide backup support to the scale operator by recording weights, assisting customers, and processing paymentsHandle general office duties and help keep daily operations running smoothlyWork closely with the team to keep things organized during busy periods

    What You’ll Be Doing:
