Join our Edwardsville, IL team to keep plant equipment reliable, safe, and efficient. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and document work across a variety of mechanical systems while partnering with the team to cut downtime.
Your impactMaximize uptime through routine maintenance and scheduled service.Pinpoint mechanical faults quickly and complete effective repairs.Perform inspections and functional testing to catch issues early.Record maintenance actions and repair details with accuracy.Collaborate with peers to improve maintenance methods and reduce delays.Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, orderly work area.Assist with installing and commissioning new equipment as required.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or related discipline preferred.Demonstrated experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar position.Mechanical aptitude with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.Proficiency with common maintenance tools and shop equipment.Self-directed with the ability to contribute as a strong team player.Effective communicator with excellent attention to detail.Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when necessary.Location
