Core responsibilities Haul and deliver freight for customers, subsidiaries, divisions, and freight brokers while meeting DOT and company safety standards.Shuttle, spot, and reposition trailers in yards, plants, and warehouses for efficient loading/unloading.Maintain clear traffic lanes and safe dock areas.Apply FMCSA rules for interstate CMV operations.Complete accurate pickup/delivery documentation; submit bills, receipts, and required reports on time.Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections; monitor vehicle condition during operation and report issues promptly to the Maintenance Department and Central Control.Operate a day cab tractor as assigned.Uphold high standards of cab and trailer cleanliness. Minimum qualifications 23+ years of age.2–3 years of verifiable Class A experience with a 53' dry van in the last 5 years.2 years of DMV/MVR history with 2 or fewer moving violations.
