A local medical office is seeking a qualified, compassionate full-time Medical Office Assistant to perform a variety of tasks to help keep things running smoothly. We are looking for someone that is motivated, organized and reliable. And when working with the public, one must have excellent people skills!
Responsibilities:
As a medical office assistant, you will escort patients, record visits, review charts for test results, monitor supplies, maintain and clean all equipment, update and filing patients' medical records, fill out insurance forms, and scheduling appointments. Accept and perform miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or the equivalent.At least one year of previous work experience in a medical facility, with insurance verificationBe neat, well groomed, and have a courteous, pleasant mannerGood verbal and written communication skillsGood customer service and problem solving skillsClerical skills including word processing and filingEvaluation-to-hire position
Hours are Monday through Friday – 8:00am - 5:00pm. Pay rate is $18.00/hour

Will be Inspecting stamped auto body panes for defects - marking the defects and sorting out good parts from defective parts. Logging defective parts into the tracking sheet
Document inspection results accurately in reports; identify and quarantine non-conforming parts.
Notify supervisors or production teams immediately of quality issues and assist in corrective actions.
Must be able to stand 8+ hours at a time and have high attention to detail
