SUMMARY
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee benefits. Performs payroll accounting functions, administers employee benefit programs, and maintains payroll and benefits records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Process payroll, benefits, and related transactions in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.Assist in developing procedures for collecting, calculating, and entering payroll data.Ensure timely payment of payroll taxes, deductions, and withholdings.Stay current on payroll tax requirements and laws related to employee wages, taxes, benefits, and required reporting.Assist with year-end payroll reporting and reconciliation activities.Verify employee wages and benefits as needed.Process wage garnishments, tax levies, and other court-ordered deductions.Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, leave accruals, deductions, benefits, and other compensation-related matters.Maintain employee payroll and benefits records.Reconcile payroll expenditures and make corrections as needed.Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment activities.Generate payroll, benefits, and accrual reports as needed.Prepare and submit required benefits and compliance reporting.Reconcile employee benefit programs monthly.Ensure retirement and benefit contributions are accurately processed.Perform other related duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

SUMMARY:
Support electrical engineering projects by applying standard practices under the direction of a Senior Electrical Engineer. Design components and systems, conduct related research, and recommend design improvements based on testing and usage. This is a direct hire position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Associates degree in a technical field required.Minimum five years of experience directly related to designing electro-mechanical equipment for manufacturing environments required.Experience in the industrial equipment industry required; experience in the design of panels, wood or pulp and paper product handling equipment desired.Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, motion and control components required.Must have experience in industrial electrical design including ladder logic and other control experience preferably on multiple platforms. Production of repeat parts:
Review the engineering drawing to verify that the set-up sheet and program apply to the current revision level.Set up and operate CNC machine centers in accordance with established Set Up Sheets on file for production parts.Verify that parts produced comply with specified requirements through first part inspection and routine production inspections as required.Where appropriate, offer suggestions for changes to established Set Up Sheets that will improve the quality of the parts or reduce the time required to produce them.
Where no Set Up Sheet exists (one-off and R & D parts):
Examine input information (engineering drawings, sketches, sample parts) to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished part, sequence of operations and setup requirements.Create a program and setup sheet.Select, align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and material to ensure the work is properly positioned and securely held.Calculate and set controls to regulate factors such as speed, feed rate, coolant flow and depth and angle of cut.Start and observe machine operations to detect malfunctions and any process errors that would produce unacceptable (out of tolerance) parts. Where machine or process issues arise, take appropriate corrective action.Confer with engineering and/or production personnel to resolve manufacturing or assembly issues.Verify, through a systematic inspection that the finished part conforms to specified requirements.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: AA degree in Machining Technology, or three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
