Position Overview
As the HVAC Sales & Installation Manager, you'll oversee residential and light commercial installation projects from the initial customer consultation through final completion. This is a leadership role that combines HVAC technical knowledge, sales, estimating, project management, and team leadership.
You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and with exceptional quality while helping the installation division grow.
Responsibilities
· Meet with residential and light commercial customers to assess HVAC replacement and installation needs.

CERTIFICATIONS:
As required based on current or future job needs.
WORK HOURS:
Generally 8 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility and extended hours during deadlines, installations, or support events.
TRAVEL:
Frequent domestic and international travel required. Must have a valid passport, visas as needed, and comply with health/travel requirements (vaccinations, etc.).
