We’re looking for an experienced CNC Laser Machine Operator to set up, run, and troubleshoot laser cutting machine used in sheet metal fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC laser cutting machines (Trumpf, Mitsubishi, or similar).Perform changeovers and ensure correct lenses, programs, and parameters.Conduct visual and measured quality inspections.Record and report machine or quality issues.Identify metal types and understand shielded gasses used in laser cutting.Package finished parts and prepare shipments.Operate forklift, tow motor, hoist/crane, pallet jack, and related equipment.Assist other departments and support special projects as needed.Requirements
