Account Manager - CSR

Job Summary
We are hiring an Account Manager for the printing and manufacturing industry. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for customer accounts, managing orders, materials, production requirements, and schedules. You will collaborate with internal teams to solve problems, prepare quotes, and ensure timely delivery, all while maintaining exceptional service that grows customer relationships and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing questions, issues, and service requests.Manage customer orders, quotes, and purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency.Review, sort, and track customer-supplied materials, requesting missing items as needed.Ensure components and inventory are available to meet production schedules.Communicate job status, deadlines, and special requirements to manufacturing teams.Prepare shipping documents, proofs, and samples for customer review.Maintain or grow account revenue through outstanding customer service.Provide backup support to other CSRs and participate in scheduling meetings.Ensure all paperwork, records, and documentation are completed and compliant.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.2-4 years of customer service experience in printing, manufacturing, or related industries.Knowledge of 4-color printing processes: digital, offset, web, and sheet-fed.Strong math skills: gross profit, markup, percentages, and cost analysis.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with standard office software and equipment.Valid driver's license with occasional travel.
