This role is pivotal in monitoring seamless, ongoing production, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs, and applying grinder machinery knowledge to surface grind metal pieces and bars to specified client needs.
  
  Core Functions:
  
  Reads blueprints and job orders for product specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, and the number of parts to be ground, and tooling instructions such as grinding speeds, feed rates, holding fixtures, and grinding wheel to be used.Mount grinding wheels on the spindle.Positions and tightens cams and stops to control the cut depth and stroke length.Lifts and positions workpiece and secures workpiece on the faceplate or magnetic chuck, in fixture or chuck, or directly to the machine table.Perform basic repairs, including replacing parts when they are worn down or broken, within the scope of expected knowledge and expertise.Grind nonmetallic materials.Inspect machinery and workpieces to ensure they comply with specifications to reduce malfunctions.Ensure grinding wheels are dressed according to specifications, so the machines remain at peak working capability.Stop the machine upon discovering a problem and make the required adjustments as quickly as possible to minimize downtime.Provide quality control by inspecting workpieces as they come out of the equipment and removing any defective pieces.Finish products using hand tools to ensure the surfaces are filed or finished accordingly.
  Qualifications & Experience:
  
  Fluency in usage of grinding equipment.Complete understanding of manufacturing safety, including experience working around large and dangerous machines.Strong manual dexterity, mechanical expertise, and physical/situational awareness.Good decision-making and foresight.Physical agility is preferred.High School Diploma or Equivalent.Basic computer skills.Good communication skills.Knowledge of quality control standards and testing.

This position is critical, to ensuring the efficiency and continuous operation of our recycling line, which consists of various conveyor belts, shaker decks, and sorting equipment. The ideal candidate must be a reliable, hands-on problems, silver, capable of working independently, an executing repairs, during none on operational hours.
  
  Core Functions:
  
  Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on C and D, recycling equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Install, repair, and maintain conveyor belts, police, and associated electric motors.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair, malfunctions and conveyor belts, shaker decks, and other materials sorting components.Conduct daily check in with the Recycling Manager to receive a rundown of current operational issues and priorities.Execute necessary repairs, and adjustments, primarily when the main recycling line is not in operation, to minimize downtime during business hours.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.Document all maintenance, activities, repairs, and parts usage.
  Requirements:
  
  Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a heavy equipment, waste, or recycling environment.Proficiency in the installation, maitnenance, repair of conveyor belts, pulleys, and associated electric motors.Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work effectively and safely in an industrial environment.Able and willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment/conditions.Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

To excel in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of understanding high tolerances on CNC machines.
