Join our team as a Class A CDL Driver!
Based out of our Marion, South Carolina location, you will be a key player in helping bring joy to families by delivering our world class pools and spas.
As a Class A CDL Driver with Explore Industries, to start with we’ll provide you with the necessary tools to be successful… a truck, with needed equipment and back-office support! From there our Class A CDL Company Driver will be out on the road 4-5 times per week, at times with overnight stays. No worries though, we have you covered here as well with pay per mile, meal per diem, plus hotel and fuel cost coverage. We just need your experienced and safe driving skills to bring those smiles to our customers!
Overall, a Class A CDL Company Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of fiberglass swimming pools, spas, and pool equipment to our distribution yards and to our customers within areas throughout Eastern United States and Ontario, Canada. As a Class A CDL Company Driver, you’ll be tasked with driving and maintaining an assigned truck, and to work closely with other company employees, pilot car drivers, dealers, and customers for planning routes and making deliveries.
Additionally, there are other essential responsibilities of an oversized load experienced Class A CDL Driver role which include, but are not limited to:
Complying with driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.Maintaining a current unrestricted commercial driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.Maintaining DOT driver documentation (ELD and/or written) regarding work/rest periods and mileage.Collection, retention, and filing of documentation in both hard and electronic formats. This includes cargo delivery records; fuel, toll, hotel, meal, maintenance, and repair receipts; verification of delivery instructions.Assist in route planning to meet delivery schedules.Maneuvering vehicles into loading or unloading positions, and load and/or unload fiberglass swimming pools, spas, pool equipment and other items.Providing in-transit communication with dispatch, pilot car drivers, and police escorts. Additionally, communicating updates to dealer and distribution center yards safely via cell / text.Communication of defects, accidents, or violations with the dispatcher and follow post incident procedures.Perform refueling, cleaning, preventative maintenance, and inspection of vehicles for mechanical and safety issues with reporting of issues to maintenance personnel for resolution.Attending periodic training including onboard at our Tennessee facility.Ready to Dive In?

Required Qualifications (We would like our talented Class A CDL Company Driver to have at least these minimum skills & experience)
Current Unrestricted Class “A” Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) held for 2+ years, thus able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.A current Transportation Work Identity Card (TWIC)An unexpired passport.6 months+ oversized load experience.A clean motor vehicle record (MVR)Be able to provide a medical certificate, pass drug / alcohol screening and DOT physical.Be able to sit for extended periods of time, lift a minimum of 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work outside in a variety of weather conditions.Able to be on the road with overnight stays possible throughout the week. Key Responsibilities
The Payroll Coordinator reports directly to the Accounting Operations Manager and plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing using ADP while also providing support for select HR and accounting functions.
Validate payroll data in ADP prior to processing, including verification of wages, shift differentials, bonuses, deductions, and other compensation elements.Confirm and complete system updates in ADP for employee events such as new hires, terminations, status changes, pay rate adjustments, tax withholdings, benefits enrollments/changes, and direct deposit setups.Process and reconcile bi-weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across multiple states.Review and resolve discrepancies in payroll data, partnering with HR, Finance, and department managers as needed.Work with Finance to ensure cost codes align with Microsoft Business Central requirements.Support workers’ compensation audits, financial audits, and 401k audits by providing accurate payroll data, reconciliations, and documentation.Support year-end processes including W-2 preparation, reconciliations, and audit readiness.Assist with various HR functions (e.g., onboarding support, employee inquiries, and policy-related tasks) and accounting functions (e.g., general ledger reconciliations and reporting) as needed.Respond promptly to employee questions regarding pay, deductions, taxes, and benefits.Assist with onboarding payroll setup and offboarding processes.Generate payroll reports and provide support for pay rate adjustments, benchmarking, and process improvements.Ensure confidentiality and data security for all payroll and employee information.What We’re Looking For

About the Role
As our Class A CDL Delivery & Maintenance Specialist, you’ll be right in the action—handling deliveries throughout the Northeastern United States, performing detailed preparation and minor repairs on pools, and providing critical maintenance support for equipment and facilities. You’ll drive a company-provided truck (with all necessary equipment and back-office support), operate telehandlers for loading/unloading, and apply your mechanical and electrical skills to minimize downtime.
You’ll typically be on the road 2–4 times per week with infrequent overnight stays. We’ve got you covered with meal per diem, hotel coverage (when needed), and fuel reimbursement.
What You’ll Do

Compensation

Job Summary
As a Fiberglass Plug and Mold Builder, you’ll become a key player in our warehouse operations, think of yourself as both an operational expert and a proactive contributor who ensures seamless support for production teams and internal customers. This role is designed for a driven professional ready to excel in warehouse management while positioning for future growth into leadership positions, such as Warehouse Manager or supervisory roles.
Essential Duties
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and measurements.Construct swimming pool plugs using wood or other approved materials; measure, cut, shape, assemble, and fair components to achieve required dimensions and contours.Verify all dimensions, alignments, and surface profiles; ensure plugs are straight, level, symmetrical, and free of imperfections.Sand, shape, buff, and finish plug surfaces to create a smooth, production-ready finish.Conduct quality inspections and make corrections as needed before mold construction begins.Apply gel coat, fiberglass, and resin materials to construct production molds.Operate and maintain a chopper gun and other fiberglass lamination equipment; roll and compact laminate layers to remove air pockets and ensure proper thickness and structural integrity.What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.Experience in carpentry, woodworking, fiberglass fabrication, mold making, composite manufacturing, boat building, or related trades preferred. Experience with fiberglass lamination processes and chopper gun operation preferred.Skills & Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and measurements. Strong understanding of measuring, layout, and fabrication techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and fabrication equipment. Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, bend, climb, and work on large-scale projects.Compensation:
Hourly Range: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour. We review performance quarterly throughout your first year, offering raises based on your achievements.Actual compensation will be based on experience and current job-related skills.Benefits & Additional Compensation
