    Position Overview: We are seeking laboratory and field technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong motivation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary projects.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Will be working in a soils and concrete testing EEDAS laboratory and at various field across the different states when necessary.

    Performs basic laboratory testing including but not limited to organic content, grain size analysis, compaction, processing of material, and compression testing of concrete specimens. 

    Field work includes but is not limited to soils and concrete sampling, nuclear density gauge testing, field inspection, and miscellaneous construction activities. 

    Oversee fieldwork, including soil sampling, testing, and site inspections.

    Assist laboratory testing and equipment setup in EEDAS lab. 


    Qualifications:


    Minimum High School Diploma.NCDOT/ACI laboratory testing certifications a plusExperience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

    The ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbsThe ability to work weekends and extended hours as neededThe ability to travel and work at remote sites as neededExcellent driving record within company standards

    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Professional Engineer (P.E.) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. This role involves working closely with clients, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to design and implement electrical systems that meet client needs and comply with industry standards.


    Key Responsibilities:

    PVSYST modeling, electrical design drawings & optimization, DAS design drawings, utility interconnection support, support during construction and as-built drawings for solar & substation projects.

    Medium and low voltage electrical design, protection & control drawings, rigid bus design.

    Electrical studies include arch flash, load flow, circuit, cable ampacity and protective device coordination including grounding study.

    Design and develop electrical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards.

    Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.

    Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on electrical engineering solutions.

    Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and drawings.

    Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

    Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.

    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the renewable solar industry.

    Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

    Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
