    As WACS Functional Lead (Below Ground) you will use your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You're as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
    The work:
    Lead Integration workstreams using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for projects in Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) ensuring successful transformations or upgrades into Oracle platforms.
    Lead the integration approach, strategy and plan deliverables in the design phases of large projects.
    Help gather and analyze requirements to transform integration architecture development artifacts.
    Understand the core architecture and integrations for Oracle Utilities applications, leading integration strategy, integration diagrams and integration rationalization.
    Manage tasks, set priorities and coordinate with different teams.
    Serve as a technical expert, team lead and mentor for on and offshore teams navigating complex integration and application administration challenges.
    Work closely with the Technical Designers to ensure the technical solutions align with the solution approach.
    Perform Environment planning, provisioning, architecture support, dress rehearsal execution and cutover support.
    Support Release and Migration Management with DevOps pipelines
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure integration data integrity and performance.
    Oversee project timelines, risk assessments, and deliverable quality.
    Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

    Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities and integration projects, ideally in Oracle SaaS cloud environments.
    Minimum 6 years of work experience working on Oracle Utilities applications like Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Customer to Meter (C2M).
