  LocationCandidate must be Atlanta based.Must be able to work onsite 4-5 days a week
  What You'll DoHands on development position to build and deploy a mobile app that ties client software with mobile banking software. Work within a lean startup-type environment, on an extremely fast paced and tight timelineDeliver within an Agile/sprint framework; participate in scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives and sprint planning.Define trade-offs between fast and long-term (identifying and communicating reusable vs. prototype-like methods)Regularly demonstrate progress.Advise and lead client consulting engagements focusing on technical architecture, solution design, and technology execution. Collaborate and align with a wide variety of both internal stakeholders and external vendors ranging from executives to junior resources.What You'll Bring8 + years of technical consulting or relevant software engineering and design experience.4 + years of experience in cross-platform iOS & Android mobile development.Extensive experience working with React Native and a solid understanding of nuance between iOS and Android (particularly form factor).Experience with project-based work and demonstrated ability to act in a cross-development team that is building iOS and Android solutions simultaneously.Experience being part of a team that includes contractors and full-time employees.Experience leading a technical team of different levels, code reviews and mentoring junior level developersPositive attitude and an ability to work well with client and Experient Group team members.  Extensive and broad experience and best practices in software engineering, custom application design and development, infrastructure/DevOps, cloud, and data.Ability to evaluate, define, and when necessary, prototype and guide development teams in a hands-on manner on alternatives to determine the best approach for a given solution.Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel from technical to executive management and to influence stakeholders to get things done right.Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, and flexible
  Nice To HaveExperience working with Vue.js.Comfortable writing code as modular components to be reused across the application architecture.DevOps capabilities with experience creating and maintaining pipelines for deployments.Experience with unit testing and + E2E Integration/Automation Testing.Experience publishing apps to the Apple Play Store and Google Play Store.

  We’re seeking a Senior AI Architect who combines deep technical acumen with the ability to simplify complexity, align stakeholders, and lead with a builder’s mindset.  This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for a systems thinker who can architect across data, AI, and modern application ecosystems — and who thrives in environments where both clarity and ambiguity exist.
  
  About the Role
  
  As a Sr AI Architect at Experient, you’ll lead the design and delivery of scalable, future-ready platforms that integrate AI into the core of our clients’ business and technology strategies. Your focus will span enterprise architecture, LLM application, data integration, and cloud-native systems — while ensuring alignment between technical execution and business value.
  Typical client engagements may include:Designing AI-enabled marketing, customer, or analytics platforms from the ground up — often where data is fragmented and strategy is undefined.Leading modernization of legacy enterprise systems to cloud-native, intelligent platforms that support evolving product strategies while identifying AI based used cases to quickly design, test, and integrate.Advising clients on how to architect AI capabilities into multi-tenant SaaS platforms or complex, highly integrated ecosystems.Every engagement involves working across the stack and across functions — from engineering teams to C-level executives.
  
  Location: Atlanta, GA preferred
  
  What You’ll DoLead architectural design for enterprise AI initiatives, driving integration across data, application, and analytics layers.Partner with clients to shape platform strategy, identify quick wins, and align long-term architectural goals.Design cloud-native, multi-tenant systems and scalable component frameworks (primarily in AWS).Build and prototype intelligent features using LLM frameworks, while leading the implementation of orchestration and automation layers.Provide expert guidance on data strategy, LLMOps, model lifecycle management, and AI governance.Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value — and vice versa — across engineering teams, business units, and executive stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define delivery plans, technical roadmaps, and team composition.
  What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on AI, data platforms, cloud services, and modern application development.Strong hands-on skills in areas like Python, modern APIs, orchestration frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and AI pipelines.Experience designing intelligent systems across marketing, customer, analytics, or product platforms.Consulting experience is required — you must be comfortable owning client conversations, aligning executive stakeholders, and managing ambiguity.Proven ability to communicate seamlessly across technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to C-level.A product and platform mindset — with a focus on modularity, reusability, and scale.Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, data flows, and system interoperability.Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance near-term delivery and long-term extensibility.
