Medical Sales Representative Product Focus: Sell medical products that treat venous and lymphatic disorders. Target Audience: Focus on selling to Vascular Surgeons, Phlebologists, Podiatrists, Wound Care Providers, Lymphedema Therapists, and VA Hospitals. Referral Generation: Build and maintain relationships with clinicians and facilities to generate patient referrals. Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, conducting meetings, giving product demonstrations, leading in-services, closing deals, and following up with clients. Patient Engagement: Conduct in-home product demonstrations directly for patients Compensation: Year 1: Earn around $120,000. After Year 1: Promotion to Product Specialist, with total compensation increasing to $200,000+. Minimum Qualifications: Experience: At least 18 months of sales experience in a medical office setting, including roles in medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, durable medical equipment (DME), dental, or eye care.
