We have an immediate need for a certified Caregiver (CNA/ HHA) to cover a client from Monday to Friday. (5 hours shift).

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.Medication Reminders:Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.Support clients in managing their medication routines.Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.Companionship and Social Interaction:Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.Health Monitoring:Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.Document care provided and any notable observations.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.Current Certification / License for CNA / HHA required.Certification in CPR and First Aid required.Level 2 AHCA Background check on file. Compassionate and empathetic attitude.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.Proof of Non-Communicable Diseases Physician Letter.
