    Candidate Profile

    JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in the state where practicing, in good standing At least two years of experience in commercial real estate related litigation, some experience in eminent domain, condemnation, and zoning and a demonstrated interest in eminent domain issues and condemnation procedures across the Carolinas and Georgia. Direct experience in any of the following commercial real estate-related practice areas: eminent domain/condemnation, property rights, land use, zoning/entitlements, real estate development, commercial real estate transactions (excluding residential closings), or real estate litigation. Proficiency in handling hearings, discovery, and depositions is essential. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required, along with the ability to multitask and synthesize complex legal research.
