As a merchandiser you would be responsible for visiting several stores on a weekly basis. You will unpack freight and stock shelves, maintain our displays, follow planograms and ensure that displays are kept neat and orderly and properly labeled to maximize sales. As a Retail Account Merchandiser, you will service multiple retail locations each week within your assigned territory. Responsibilities include unpacking freight, stocking shelves, following planograms, and ensuring displays are organized, properly labeled, and optimized to drive sales. You will also maintain positive business relationships with store personnel and provide exceptional service during every visit
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete all scheduled service visits as assignedUnpack and stock merchandise according to company planogramsMaintain clean, organized, and properly labeled displaysBuild and maintain professional relationships with store personnelEnsure timely communication with your manager and field services team via phone, email, text, and/or video callsJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable transportation to travel within a one-hour radius of your territoryPersonal smartphone with an active service plan (monthly stipend provided)Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, including:Accessing company applications and websitesConnecting to Wi-Fi networksCompleting reports and formsUploading/downloading documents (Word, Excel, PDF, JPG files)Using email and two-factor authenticationStrong communication and organizational skillsProfessional attitude and demeanor when interacting with coworkers, store personnel, and customersPHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:
