Responsibilities
Generate new commercial insurance business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-buildingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makersIdentify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutionsPrepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and coverage optionsMaintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and consistently work toward sales goalsCollaborate with account managers and service teams to ensure an excellent client experienceStay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and market changesFollow up on leads and maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communicationRepresent the company professionally and ethically at all timesDeliver excellent customer service and support throughout the sales processQualifications
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required1+ years of insurance experience preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, organized, and goal-orientedStrong time management and problem-solving abilitiesProfessional and customer-focused mindsetBenefits
