    Why this role

    We're looking for a creative and highly motivated Principal Software Engineer, Applications to join our Applications Team to architect, design, build, innovate, and maintain the tools and applications Evolvers use to sell, onboard, and support our value of Customer Obsession. In this role you will plan and execute high impact projects while supporting ongoing cross-functional operations. Whether a new capability or enhancing an awesome feature, you will own your work and deliver the most elegant and scalable solutions. You will work closely with our Product Team and other cross-functional development teams to design and implement world class solutions.

    The ideal candidate for this role is technically savvy, analytical, and process-oriented, with a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems. They should possess extensive experience in leading complex application development projects, mentoring engineering teams, and driving technical innovation. You must anticipate and embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, willing to perform a variety of responsibilities and would be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.     What you'll do

    Build and maintain our Sales and Service Clouds and integrations with upstream and downstream consumers in mindCollaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in backend development tools and technologiesOwn/support CRM Release Management and contribute to the improvement of Evolve's CI/CD pipelines, GIT repositories, automated testing and additional quality gates throughout the application lifecycle. Perform collaboration duties such as design reviews, code reviews, and technical documentation for peersExecute on engineering and release priorities successfully through strong leadership and communication.

    Location

    Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both!

    Compensation

    For this role our salary range is $160,000 to $208,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.

    Location

    All Evolve team members must live in one of our approved locations by their first day. We can hire from anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii. Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!
