    We are seeking an energetic and experienced Toddler Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.
    You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment. You love working with children, aiming to educate and nurture young minds in a stimulating environment. We also provide in-classroom training to entry level teachers.
    ResponsibilitiesTeaching and guiding toddlers and preschool age kids in small groups.Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children.Monitor and assess student progress through detailed observations.Collaborate with staff, and administration to ensure the best possible educational experience for studentsAssist children with developing social and emotional skillsUse a range of instructional methods and learning techniquesAssess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestonesQualificationsA minimum of 15 ECE/CD units required (including infant/toddler coursework)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom managementKnowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelinesPrevious experience working with children in a childcare or daycare setting preferredAbility to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual studentsTeam player and adaptableProblem-solving and mediation skills
