We are seeking a Pest Control Technician to provide professional pest management services to residential and commercial clients in the South Florida area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys working independently in the field.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Eliminate pests from residential and commercial facilitiesIdentify pest problems and choose an effective approach to remove pests from the propertyAdvise on and implement effective treatment plans to remedy infestationsConduct thorough inspections to locate pestsSpray perimeters of homes and structures for mosquitos and other insectsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license and clean driving recordStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyWillingness to obtain (or current possession of) state pest control certificationPrevious experience in pest control is a plus, but not required training providedWorking Conditions
Must be able to work outside in the heat for prolonged periods of time
