Job Opportunity: Medical Doctor (MD) – Research Coordinator

Evergreen Clinical Trials is seeking a Medical Doctor (MD/DO) without an active medical license to join our growing research team as a Medical Doctor Research Coordinator.
This role is ideal for MD/DO graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in clinical research, expanding their medical knowledge, and contributing to the advancement of medical science.

Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Pay:
$48,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)
Plus performance-based bonuses
About the Role
As a Medical Doctor Research Coordinator, you will support Phase I–V clinical trials involving investigational medications and medical devices across multiple specialties, including:
PsychiatryInternal MedicineNeurology
All responsibilities are performed under the supervision of Principal Investigators and in accordance with FDA regulations and study protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, and conduct intake assessments for potential study participantsObtain informed consent in compliance with protocol and regulatory requirementsConduct study visits, including:Vital signsPhlebotomyEKGsUltrasoundsMedical histories and concomitant medicationsAccurately document study data, protocol notes, and source documentsServe as a primary point of contact for study participantsMaintain study binders, regulatory documentation, and data entry systemsManage inventory and ordering of study supplies and equipment
Ideal Candidate
Medical Doctor (MD/DO or equivalent),
no active U.S. medical license requiredStrong interest in clinical research and drug/device developmentExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary research teamPrior clinical or research experience preferred but
not required — paid training provided
